Terms for Landfall

Using Landfall

You may use Landfall to track countries and regions you have visited, view progress, search or browse places, and save future places you may want to visit.

Please use the app lawfully and do not try to interfere with the app, its services, or any systems it relies on.

Not Travel Advice

Landfall is not a travel agency, booking service, safety service, or official source of travel advice. Map data, country data, region data, boundaries, names, and statistics may be incomplete or out of date.

Before making travel decisions, check official sources for visas, safety information, border rules, health requirements, and local laws.

Your Data

You are responsible for the information you save in Landfall. Your visited places and plans are stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, synced through your private iCloud account between your own devices.

Deleting the app removes its local data. iCloud-synced data can be removed from your iCloud account through Settings on your device. iOS backups may retain a copy according to your backup settings.

Subscriptions

Landfall offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called Passport, which unlocks unlimited country tracking and additional features. Subscriptions are sold through the App Store.

• The current price for each subscription period is shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription, including turning off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings on your device after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription will begin and your Apple Account will be charged.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's standard refund process.

Apple Terms

When you download Landfall from the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Landfall terms apply alongside Apple's standard EULA.

Availability

We aim to keep Landfall reliable, but the app is provided as is. Features may change, and some map, search, sync, and subscription features depend on Apple services, device settings, network availability, or operating system behavior.

Intellectual Property

Landfall, including its design, name, text, and original interface elements, belongs to its owner. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by the App Store and applicable law.

Changes To These Terms

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
